The UAW Company Car Lease Program is a great benefit for UAW employees. It lasts for 12 months, and the lease price, which is 1.2% of the factory invoice, includes insurance on the vehicle, plating and registration, service coverage for the 12 months, and unlimited miles. Payments are deducted weekly from the payroll through Stellantis, so there is no need for a credit check.

Eligibility for the program requires being a UAW employee, an American citizen, and having worked 1850 hours in a rolling 12-month period. Those eligible to drive the vehicle include the UAW employee, spouses, and children up through age of 26.

Kevin Lechner, a recent Stellantis retiree, serves as the Director of the UAW Lease Program for Chariot Automotive Group's Button location. Our goal is to provide our UAW friends with a red-carpet experience, which includes helping employees register, test driving vehicles, pricing model vehicles, and ordering their company car.

Our focus is on assisting customers rather than selling to them. All dealership interactions are handled by the UAW Lease team, allowing customers to enjoy the features of their new Company Car Lease without distraction. Kevin: Kevin, a Kokomo native, retired from Stellantis in 2023 after 27 years. Over the course of his career at the company, he held various roles such as Manufacturing Business Unit Leader, People Development Manager, and, most recently, Human Resource Talent Management. Kevin has cultivated enduring connections with both management and UAW Members, emphasizing the importance of a unified team with the motto "One Team, One Dream" in building great organizations. Married to Karna, they share a family of four children - Dakota, Braxton, Clairanne, and Karson. Additionally, Kevin and Karna proudly embrace the roles of grandparents to two grandchildren, Tatum and Hadley. Kevin is also a 2019 Howard County Sports Hall of Fame inductee. Beyond his professional and family commitments, Kevin demonstrates his love for our community by serving as the Board Chair for the 2024 United Way of Howard and Tipton County.

Alainey: Driven by a thirst for learning and a love for the great outdoors, I balance my time mastering new skills, indulging in basketball and video games, and cherishing every moment with my family. My current adventure lies in sharpening my business acumen at IvyTech's Chariot Program, where I'm sculpting my future in Business Management. Since joining Button in June 2023, I've immersed myself in our Executive Program, diving deep into the worlds of Stellantis and the UAW, and dedicating myself to enriching the experiences of our Executive and UAW members. Every day is an opportunity to grow, connect, and make a lasting impact. Let's shape the future together.

Jacob: Initially starting in sales at Button, I have transitioned to the Company Car Program, where I assist you in selecting and customizing your vehicles. I love gaining knowledge about our latest offerings, particularly our hybrid and recently introduced electric models. I am your go-to person for vehicle selection within the Company Car Program.
